YOUR VIEW FROM THE LANAI

You could be having your coffee right here enjoying the quiet of the morning! If you stick around long enough, you will have golf to watch, not to mention egrets, herons, ducks, turtles, and fish who like to spend their day in and around the lake. Watch golfers fish their balls out of the lake as well! It's a great place for cocktails and evening relaxation. Ahhh...

GREAT ROOM

The sofa opens to a queen-sized sleeper. You can find the fresh linens for it under one of the twin beds in the guest bedroom in a handy, labeled container! Cathedral ceilings make this open floor plan even more spacious than you can imagine. There is a beautiful ceiling fan to help move the air. Ultimately, this condo can comfortably accommodate up to six people.

DINING AREA

Because the kitchen and dining area are at the rear of the condo, whether you are in the kitchen preparing a snack or at the table eating, you will always have that lovely view. It's the only floor plan with your favorite gathering area in the rear and accessible to that gorgeous view! With two matching barstools at the counter and seating for four at the table, six people are easily accommodated if you choose to entertain. Also note that the laundry is conveniently located in the kitchen behind a pair of bi-fold doors.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom is tastefully decorated, spacious, restful, and offers you a queen-sized bed. You will love the large bathroom, which is located within the master suite. Within the bathroom is a nice, roomy walk-in closet that is hidden behind a mirrored bi-fold door. A small linen closet is also located in the bathroom. It has a large countertop with dual sinks and plenty of cabinet space.

GUEST BEDROOM

Here is a very nice, welcoming bedroom for your guests. There is a 5-drawer dresser for storage as well as a small closet. This bedroom has its own private entry to the guest bath, which is also accessible from the hallway. You will find fresh linens for the sleeper-sofa underneath one of the twin beds.
